"We are committed to an action-oriented corporate structure that manifests itself in state-of-the-art ECR/POS systems and complete customer satisfaction."
The essential character of any company determines its success. At Uniwell, principles of integrity and cooperation guide conduct of all personal and corporate relations.
Uniwell is a unique enterprise. Created by a team of experienced industry professionals, it relies on creative management and awareness of detail in all sectors. This practice is extended to product development, where the ideal is a system so adaptable it can be tailored to meet the specific demands of each situation. We believe that such a practical attitude thrives largely because each employee is given the encouragement and opportunity to personally contribute and excel.
Structurally, asset flexibility and financial strength dominate the company's basic nature, so market potentials are realised quickly and fully.
Thus expansion becomes a pure reflection of product quality and market demand.
On this foundation, the future is secure and vibrant. Uniwell and its network of interdependent distributors operate in concert, powerful and established, yet constantly evolving to best respond to user demands from all corners of the world.
"Founded on sound business principles and advanced technology, organisation, efficiency, and capacity have been key elements in growth."
ORIGINS
WHAT UNIWELL STANDS FOR
Uniwell is a compound word, arising from concepts at the core of the company's daily working philosophy. Unique: the input of every person and section is valued for its difference, verity, and scope. Universal: an assembly of like-minded persons, united and dedicated, always succeeds. Well-established: from substantial financial assets and backing. Well-organised: the functioning structure is designed to bring all parts together, ensuring quality and natural growth.
HISTORY
October 20, 1978, marked the official incorporation of Uniwell, the collective name for a team of skilled engineers and ambitious marketing personnel. A common vision united them: that the future of the ECR industry lay in the computer circuit technology then rapidly changing the entire field of information management.
Unburdened of the bureaucratic decay and often-conflicting concerns of giant monopolistic firms, they sought to create not only the finest, most advanced ECR terminals, but to build a radically different, lean and efficient organisation.
Communal dedication and individual respect made long hours extremely productive.
Distributors, dealers, and operators responded with admiration and support, placing faith in this group that was determined to satisfy each and every customer.
